Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Products must be unopened and in original packaging.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
